Hello! I decided to become a Coach to make an impact on the lives of others by showing them how to adopt transformational new habits for healthier, happier lives. This blog is a glimpse into my thoughts and experiences as a Life & Health Coach (and a mentor for over 15 years) . As someone who has spent over 25 years learning, researching, and testing what works, and what doesn't work for my own optimal living, I have plenty of successes, failures and aha moments to share.

What is Coaching?
Coaching gives you a powerful transformational experience alongside someone (your coach) who is part of your team - someone who believes in your goals and dreams and empathizes with your struggles, frustrations and obstacles.. A coach asks questions to help you discover where you are stuck; to get to the root of what's keeping you from being the best version of yourself right now.
We focus on what you really what, why you want it, and set the course to get you there.
It's all about getting the results you want sooner than later. We look forward...not backwards.
The goal of coaching is to help you make the mindset and habit changes that are sustainable. So, if you get off track, and it happens, you'll know exactly what to do to correct and move forward.
Accountability is the key to having success in anything that real change;
and having a coach makes all the difference.
